We require at least 24 hours notice by calling (518) 272-3636 to cancel any single service. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Regretfully, no-shows will be charged the full service fee. If the cancelled appointment was reserved with a gift card, 50% of the value of the service cancelled will be deducted from the gift card. No exceptions. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, often times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When redeeming a gift certificate for services, gift certificate MUST be presented at time of check-out. No exceptions.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment (cash or credit.)



Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are valid for one year only and may not be combined with any other offer or discounts. Gift certificates are not accepted as payment toward seasonal specials. Certificates must be presented on the day the services are rendered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. No exceptions.


We aim to exceed your expectations. If something is not right with your service, please do tell us right away rather than waiting until you walk out the door. If we don't know, we can't make it right! Please always feel free to tell us your preferences immediately and we'll always do our best to accommodate and delight you. 


Gratuities for excellent service are always welcome. Please note that gratuities charged on a credit card and split between staff members are automatically based on the percentage of the value of the service each therapist provides. We cannot split credit card gratuities in any other fashion. 



**Please note that our ONLINE gift certificates are offered as a complimentary convenience and  are done through a third party provider. We cannot guarantee that your browser, etc will be compatible with this third-party system.  If you have issues with purchasing online, you may want to consider coming in and purchasing in person, as we cannot guarantee support during the busy holiday season when we may be closed.  Thank you.
