Due to the high volume of couples massage appointment scheduling, you may wish to fill out this form to expedite your couples massage reservation. Please tell us your preference of date/time options you are requesting and we will contact you as soon as possible to finalize your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: Your couples reservation is not complete until we call you to obtain your credit card number and you receive confirmation from our assistant via e-mail.
A valid credit card number on file is required to secure all couples massage appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given before cancelling the appointment, the credit card on file will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
