Gretta Taglione, NYS LMT
Gretta first discovered her love for massage therapy in 2000 as a student in Columbia Greene Community College's intensive Massage Therapy program in Hudson, NY. Gretta continued her studies at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY where she studied over 1,100 hours prior to sitting for and passing the NYS Board exams for  a license in Massage Therapy. She is also a Certified LipoMassage Therapist / Endermologie Technician, receiving her certification in Miami, FL in 2005 as well as advanced certification in 2007.  Gretta specializes in deeply relaxing massage, utilizing a varied degree of pressures from light to firm with a slow pace to allow for complete restoration to both body & mind.

Kathleen Vroman, NYS LMT
Kathleen is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. She holds National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work (NCTMB); is a certified nutritional counselor; and has received Reiki II training. She is also a "Baby's First Massage" Program Instructor. Kathleen's philosophy of allowing the body to heal includes restorative relaxation, achieved through therapeutic massage, as a key component to health and well-being. Kathleen is also an approved provider for MVP Health Care's massage therapy wellness program.

Noelle Barresi-Jones, NYS LMT
Noelle is a graduate of Troy High school class of 2001. After high school she attended the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy from 2002-2004. Noelle has been practicing massage in the capital region for several years. As well as practicing the art of massage therapy Noelle has several years of experience in spa body treatments. She is excited to join the wonderful staff of the White Sands Massage and share her years of experience with the clients of White Sands.

Peg Gorsky, NYS LMT
Peg is a graduate of The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany with seven years experience. She is  nationally certified, has medical massage training through Red Pines Training Center in Albany, and energy medicine training through Healing the Light Body School (The Four Winds Society.) Peg's unique therapeutic offerings include energy integration work, a symphonic Swedish massage technique and Deep Tissue treatments to release connective tissue restrictions in the body and to break up any restrictive scar tissue. It has been known to help relieve chronic tension, to increase the body's range of motion, to improve posture and to enhance the natural harmony of the entire body. Peg's intention is to hold a safe place for you to access your own inner healing abilities through her intuitive massage. Melissa Wood, NYS LMT
Melissa is a Certified Reiki Practitioner.  She is also a Nationally and New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.  She graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy here in Albany where she completed over 1,000 hours of study in various massage modalities and sciences.  The sciences included anatomy and physiology, myology, kinesiology, and neurology. Melissa takes pride in her ability to assist her clients in their health and healing.   She will tailor your session to your individual needs, whether it's relieving your aches and pains, relaxing your tight muscles, or just relieving stresses from your daily life.
